Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Some Table Tales products may be offered as preorders. This policy explains how cancellations work for preorder purchases.

Subscriptions

Table Tales does not currently offer subscription products or automatic recurring deliveries.

If subscriptions become available in the future, the terms, billing schedule, renewal details, and cancellation instructions will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Preorders

A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship or available in inventory.

The estimated production or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change because of production, material, supply, or shipping delays.

Payment may be collected in full at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page. By placing a preorder, you authorize Table Tales to process the payment shown at checkout.

Cancelling a Preorder

You may request cancellation of a preorder before the item has entered production or fulfillment.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production, personalization, packaging, or fulfillment has begun.

Once a preorder has shipped or been fulfilled, it may no longer be cancelled. At that point, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Delayed or Discontinued Preorders

If a preorder is significantly delayed, we will provide an update when possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer cancellation, a refund, or another available resolution.

If a preorder is discontinued or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unfulfilled item.

Try Before You Buy

Table Tales does not currently offer a “try before you buy” program.

If this option becomes available in the future, the trial period, return deadline, payment authorization, and applicable charges will be clearly explained before purchase.

International Customers

Customers outside the United States may have additional cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights under the laws that apply in their country. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
